Parkgrove Crematorium opened on 16th April 1993 and has been privately owned and run ever since.
Our multi-faith chapel provides a calm and welcoming space for people of all beliefs, with care, dignity and respect at the heart of every service.
Our facilities

Thoughtful spaces and practical facilities, designed to support families before, during and after the service.
Chapel seating
Seating for up to 165 people, looking out into the memorial gardens.
Larger services
Foyer PA system allows up to 300 people to hear the service.
Hearing loop
A loop system is provided for those who are hearing impaired.
Tributes
Photo and slideshow tributes can be shown within the chapel.

A natural place to remember.
Our landscaped memorial gardens and woodland provide a tranquil setting for reflection, with memorial options available for families wishing to create a lasting tribute.

Electric cremation technology has been part of Parkgrove since the day we opened.

Our electric cremator uses approximately 85% less energy compared with gas ovens.

Solar panels and battery storage help generate and store clean electricity on site.
Orthometals
Recovered metals are responsibly recycled through the Orthometals scheme.
